A/R: AFIA BRAYIE OSSEI EYES OFORIKROM CONSTITUENCY WOMEN ORGANIZER ROLE.

A constituency women organizer hopeful of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr.  Afia Brayie Ossei has announced a line-up of activities aimed at revamping the women’s base of the party towards recapturing power in the 2028 polls when voted as the party’s constituency women’s organizer for Oforikrom constituency.

According to Mrs Afia Brayie Ossei,her vision for the role is simple but bold: to create opportunities for women in the Oforikrom constituency to thrive, contribute meaningfully and rise to positions of leadership.

She expressed her commitment to listening, learning and leading with compassion and to ensure that needs,ideas and concerns of the women shape the future of the NDC.

Mrs Afia Brayie Ossei noted that she would work assiduously to empower the women of the party by training them in skills in training with a view to empowering them to rally behind the NDC to win power in 2028.

She also noted that she will help in supporting women in the Oforikrom constituency through the “Women’s Bank” ,an initiative by the government to financially support women for business purposes.
