Ghanaian Gospel Legend Akua Serwaa Bonsu recently shared insights into her collaboration with the music legend Daddy Lumba, during the ‘Aben Wo Ha’ drive show with Silva Lady Gh.

Back in 1996, they jointly released the duet album ‘Hwan Na Otene,’ which was produced by the late Willie Roy. The album featured hits like ‘M’agyenkwa Pa Yesu,’ ‘Bɛyɛ Wa Nwawa Adwuma,’ and the title track.

During her recent visit to DLFM studios to promote her upcoming album, Akua Serwaa Bonsu discussed her first-time collaboration with Daddy Lumba and how it significantly impacted her career.

She expressed her gratitude to Daddy Lumba for his involvement in producing the album. Before teaming up with Daddy Lumba, she had faced several disappointments while searching for a producer, but Daddy Lumba believed in her talent and took on the project.
