US socialite Anita Brown accuses Davido of impregnating her and asking her to abort it

Anita Brown, a socialite and businesswoman based in the US, has accused Nigerian musician Davido of impregnating her and pressuring her to terminate the pregnancy.

She took to her Instagram stories to share her side of the story, claiming that she has been in an on-and-off relationship with Davido since 2017 when they first met in Dubai.

To support her claims, Anita Brown posted screenshots of alleged conversations with Davido, where he asked her to terminate the pregnancy, citing that his other girlfriends had done the same after having unprotected sex with him. She also shared a message from Davido’s cousin, Clark Adeleke, asking if she would accept a settlement in exchange for terminating the pregnancy. However, Anita insisted that she does not need anything from Davido or his family.

Anita Brown clarified that she is not calling out Davido for attention, as she is already successful and popular in her own right. She decided to speak out because she felt that Davido’s fans were tarnishing her image.

She further claimed that she had no knowledge of Davido’s marital status with his long-term partner, Chioma, before her pregnancy, as there were no indications of his marriage on his social media accounts.

“Cut it out, I did not know he was married, on God, did not know… Go to his page, does it look like he is married? Like, I’m confused. People knew about his child but nobody knew he got married. It is not on the blogs, it is not a big thing,” she stated.

Anita also firmly denied any intention of destroying Davido’s marriage or taking anyone’s place. She expressed her contentment with her own identity and success, highlighting that there can only be one Anita Brown.
